Meet the Analysis Team

 

Anne Carlson, The Wilderness Society

 

maddy eagle, Crown Managers Partnership

Maddy serves as the Conservation Priorities Coordinator for the Crown Managers Partnership. As part of her position, she helps coordinate all projects associated with CMP. Maddy aids in LCD communication and planning. She joined us initially in 2023 through the Big Sky Watershed Corps program, and her background is in Environmental Geography, Environmental Studies, and GIS. 

 

Bailie Eikill, U.S. Fish and wildlife Service

Bailie joined the Crown LCD in 2021 as the Analysis Team undertook Phase 2. Her background is in aquatic and wildlife biology and data management. Bailie enjoys using her skills to help the LCD advance landscape conservation efforts through spatial designs, map making, and information management.

 

SEan Finn, U.S. Fish and wildlife Service (Retired)

Sean led Phase 1 and 2 of the Crown LCD, having served on the CMP Steering Committee for 7 years. His background is in wildlife biology and spatial analyses. Sean recently retired from USFWS where he collaborated on teams that developed the LCD concept working with land and species managers and diverse groups of conservation scientists. He continues to advise the Crown LCD process ensuring continuity across phases. 

 

Danie Frevola, Flathead Lake Biological Station

Danie worked on Phase 2 of the Crown LCD, and is grateful to continue to be apart of the LCD Analysis Team as we begin Phase 3. She began her work with LCD as a CMP Steering Committee member in 2022. Her background is studying anthropogenic impacts on the natural ecosystem, and she is thrilled to be able to apply her expertise and background in spatial analyses to the Crown of the Continent landscape.

 

Matt Heller, U.S. Fish and wildlife Service

 

Phil Matson, Flathead Lake Biological Station

Phil has been the GIS Database Manager for the Crown Managers Partnership since 2017. He serves on the LCD Leadership, Analysis, and Technical teams, providing products and support throughout all of the project phases. At the FLBS, Phil coordinates the aquatic invasive species efforts and oversees a network of long-term environmental sensors in rivers and lakes. 

 

Mary McFadzen, U.S. Fish and wildlife Service

Mary supports the Crown LCD from developing communications products for the web and print to creating maps and managing information. She particularly enjoys using her wildlife ecology background and visual design skills to improve the communication of landscape conservation and science to a variety of audiences.
